St. Teresa Pediatrics, a faithfully Catholic pediatric practice, is looking for an ACP pediatrician or pediatric subspecialist who is established in the St. Louis area to join us. The ideal candidate would be legally independent while to the public being under the St. Teresa brand with the sharing of resources. Provider retiring and offering a wonderful opportunity to take over an established solo independent practice located in beautiful Montana. I have spent the last 9 years, fine-tuning the inner workings of a unique clinical environment and successful model. The practice has a proven track record with an excellent staff, in-house billing and applied EMR technology to enhance efficiency and patient care. The office is designed to accommodate two with possibly three providers. I have worked alongside a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the past which increased both our patient panel and revenue stream. We have established and “ branded “ the practice over nearly the past decade and our practice model serve as a medical home to families by catering to their expectations and needs. Our office doors are open 5 days a week and we have a devoted clientele which could be transitioned easily over time to another owner. Being independent offers a variety of options and lifestyle opportunities, particularly in adding additional providers. Our EMR is server based and we have a considerable database. Our patient mix includes children with complex medical problems as well as a balance of well-child visits. Outside Great Falls, small communities simply cannot attract pediatricians and provide a large referral base of farming and ranching families. We have developed an efficient in-house billing system which allows us to answer questions and improve reimbursement. Our EMR mirrors with our billing system, insurance “ gateway” and electronic bank deposits cut reimbursement times to a matter of weeks to provide operating costs. We have defined industry standards of larger clinics and our 30 – 60 day AR is negligible and the number of patients in collection very low. Our goal is to constantly exceed the limited pediatric programs in our community by emphasizing personalized care, working alongside specialist and improving our delivery model to meet our patient needs. I have been working in Pediatrics since completing a residency at St. Louis Children’s Hospital in 1995. After coming to Great Falls 16 years ago I and set out 9 years ago to create a medical home based on my medical standards, entrepreneurial skills, technology background and a practice model centered around families desires and needs. Typically 36 out-patient/office hours per week, and 1 of 4 Call for one local hospital nursery (avg. 1 baby per day), and 25 office hours for that week per month. Willing to consider 1/5 Call.  Avg. of 20 patient visits per day.
